Mr R's One-Stop Weather Resource Page
est. 2017   (...I think?)

Once upon a time, Intellicast was my weather service of choice but in Jan 2019 Weather Underground (WU) bought—or I guess, absorbed?—Intellicast so I had to reformat the links on this page. I've retained the vaguely geographical Guilford County format, but for each quadrant you now have a choice of weather.com's (TWC) and WU's hourly and 10 Day forecasts.

NW (Stokesdale)
WU     hr   10d
TWC   hr   10d
NE (more or less*)
WU     hr   10d
TWC   hr   10d
Central Greensboro
WU     hr   10d
TWC   hr   10d
SW (Archdale/HP)
WU     hr   10d
TWC   hr   10d
SE (Julian)
WU     hr   10d
TWC   hr   10d

* Intellicast had forecasts for Osceola, which is in the far NE corner of the county.
Neither WU nor TWC have stations there, and the farthest into the NE corner I could find
on either site is Browns Summit. (Which to my eye is more north central than NE, but still.)

Other reliable sources of weather info:
The National Weather Service/NOAA - http://www.weather.gov/
Weather Underground's WunderMap, an interactive map featuring all ten-zillion of WU's currently active and reporting weather stations worldwide. It must be seen to be believed. (I've long toyed with the idea of becoming a WU member, getting a serious weather station and thus getting an icon on the Wundermap. But serious weather stations run in the hundreds of dollars, so, as of now, not so much!)
Forecast.io   I like this site for its color-coded world temperature map. When we're shivering in low 30s (°F; Low single digits °C) it's somehow comforting to me to know there are entire swaths of other continents that are broiling in the 100s (°F; Low 40s °C)
WeatherSpark - https://weatherspark.com/. This place is all about the GRAPHS! Long-term trends at a glance. Very cool, BUT BEWARE there are massively annoying browser extension links and ads ALL OVER this site. If you get a "Are you sure you want to cancel the installation" box, unless you know EXACTLY what you're doing, click YES. (I know MOST of what I'm doing and I still click yes!)
Windy! - https://www.windy.com/. Just take a look at this coolness! Then click 3D and look at the entire Earth! Then click the tabs over on the right. Especially click "More Layers" and see whjat other layers they have. Then, if you're curious about upcoming snowfall, click "New Snow."

...or as I like to call it, "OF COURSE everyone except Guilford has a delay!!"
NOTE: For closing data you might be better off checking WXII's or WFMY's or Fox8's closing/delay pages; some counties post their delays to TV stations first and only later to their county websites.)
